The Long Version

Growing up, home was never one place - it was a rotating cast of them.

My father's career as a diplomat meant our address changed every few years: Europe, the Middle East, South East Asia, all before adulthood. New schools, new languages half-learned before the next move, new rooms to read within weeks of landing.

That upbringing trained a specific skill, and it's not a soft one. Moving across cultures that fast teaches you to separate what someone is saying from what they actually mean. To spot the gap between a stated goal and the real one underneath it. To build trust with people whose reference points are nothing like yours, without the luxury of years to do it.

That's not just a nice story from my childhood. It's the exact skill I now bring into a boardroom or a coaching room: reading what's unsaid, cutting through noise quickly, and helping a leader get to clarity without wasting the room's time.

That instinct didn't stay behind a desk. Across 18+ years in the Middle East and APAC - including senior roles at Novo Nordisk APAC and PwC Middle East - it showed up in boardrooms, on stages, and in the space between the two.

I've led sustainability and ESG strategy for organisations facing real stakes, and carried that same instinct into coaching rooms, team workshops, and onto stages - as a keynote speaker, panelist and facilitator across forums like the World Health Expo and the Maersk Business Summit. Different rooms, same job: cut through the noise, get to what's actually true, help people move.

I trained intentionally for the version of this work I do now - NLP, Timeline Therapy, CTA-accredited coaching, with my ICF PCC underway - not because instinct wasn't enough, but because I wanted clients to get more than someone relatable. I wanted them to get someone they could fully stand behind.

Today, I carry that same instinct into every room I'm in - as
an Executive & Mindset Coach, facilitator, strategic advisor, and speaker.

The questions haven't changed. The rooms have just gotten bigger.

I offer you a Space to Think.
That's it. That's everything.
